Great change requires support.

We measure to improve not to impress.

Since arriving in Savannah, Georgia he has been an active staff advocate in educating teachers on how to develop positive relationships with students. He manages discipline for approximately 500 students daily and mentoring students with behavioral issues. He has also served as the Director of Education for two years.

Since then, he has received his Masters of Education in Special Education from Grand Canyon University and is working towards his Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Grand Canyon University. Mr. Orr is a football coach as well as a mentor. He is an Advisor to the Sigma Beta Young Gentlemen Club, he serves on the Academic Girls Empowering for Success (AGES) Board, and works with other non-profits dedicated to advancing and developing youth. He has over 13 years of Mental/Behavioral Health experience serving as a parent aide to provide support to youth who have challenges with anger management and domestic violence. He recently became a foster parent and plans to develop a transitional home for males. Mr. Orr referees sporting events in his spare time and is a proud member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc.

Mr. Orr desires to work in Educational Administration as a Charter School Principal or Director. He also hopes to start a non-profit concentrating on mental and behavioral health, mentoring, and coaching. His dissertation research topic focuses on developing resources for the underprivileged community within the confines of education using qualitative research methods. He is looking to foster boys who have family and mental struggles with the guidance of strategic growth and spiritual guidance. While creating an environment leading with fairness and sportsmanship. Mr. Orr ensures that students remain safe and adhere to the rules of life.
